month and it went up to £10 a month. I advise staying away from this company Please accept this as notice we will end your hosting subscription in 7 days (30th December 2019). We will ensure that you are refunded in full any remaining time on your hosting service and our support team will provide backups of your data if you require them, to ease your transition to another hosting provider. Please accept my most sincere apologies for any inconvenience this might cause. We wish you the very best for the future. Site5 has some suspect policies and I was charged after setting my account to not renew. Of course, they say I'm not eligible for a refund per ttheir...

policies. Besides heavily increasing prices, the reason I was moving was they did not want to update PHP version unless I paid even more money. Since they used the recurring payment type, it seems I'm just out the money they just took from me.
