I had a very disappointing experience with InterServer. I paid for two separate accounts, but after requesting cancellation for only one of them, b...

oth accounts were closed without my consent. I never asked for the second account to be canceled, and suddenly I lost access to a service I had already paid for. What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and support. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left without clear answers or a solution. I requested to escalate the matter and speak with a manager, but this was not properly addressed. This situation feels unprofessional and unfair. Closing a paid account without explicit permission is not acceptable, especially when it affects business operations. I hope the company improves its customer support and internal processes, as this experience was very disappointing.

Dishonest Provider, Lies About Outage & Data Loss

I decided to get a VPS with WEBDOCK.IO recently and today more than 9 hours ago I realized that my VPS is offline. Maybe it was offline for more than ...

9 hours but since I didn't have a monitor setup for this VPS I'm not sure. I immediately raised a ticket on which they replied they're facing issues with one of their host node which they're working to fix. Upon asking regarding the issue on their live chat their live chat agent shared that it's not just one host node but the whole DC has a global outage. From my VPS IP, I was able to find that they're with ServerMania and when I contacted ServerMania they declined any such outage. At this point, I had no idea what was going on here. After 21 hours they replied and told me that my server is online but they didn't mention they restored my VPS with partial and slightly old data backup. This provider is a big NO for any type of project. They lie blatantly from dusk till dawn.
