Муден некомпетентен съпорт

Изключително некомпетентен и муден съпорт, ако въобще може да се нарече съпорт. Когато исках да пусна тикет за мой проблем, от съпорта получих отговор...

"в момента водя 5 телефонни разговора и няколко чата, не мога да създам тикет, очаквайте връзка по мейл". Предишните пъти когато се свързвах с различни казуси пак не успяваха да ми решат проблема. За няколко обикновени въпроса чатът протича около 1 час.

They have good, cheap and fast servers, but rely only on yourself and find out what types of raid array are generally possible. By default, the second disk will not be an addition, but a mirror of the first, support will not be able to help you, although there are tools. Even for the money they could not help, I had to do everything myself
