Great for Agency Hosting

Setup their agency hosting (formerly called Cloud) for my clients. Been running with no downtime for over 16 months now across 23 clients. The speeds ...

are incredible and the uptime was my biggest surprise. Support has been great when I needed it, there was one time that the support agent couldn't resolve my issue and had to escalate it to someone over email. This issue was resolved a couple of hours later. Overall, the experience has been great, and the pricing beats what I was paying over at Flywheel for a similar agency hosting plan. I also have a couple of test accounts on their shared hosting product. This product has seen some great improvements over the past year and is quite impressive as well.

Pésima Experiencia con el servicio

Un año funcionando sin problemas, a la semana de renovar el servicio, este se volvió inestable, a los segundos de conectarse a la aplicación, esta se...

cae, durante un mes enviando correos a soporte, y la única respuesta "todo funciona bien", enviamos potenciales soluciones, a lo que soporte se negó, endosándonos el problema a nuestro sitio (incapacidad del programador), se les solicitó ser profesionales y admitir que no tenían la capacidad técnica o de negocio que no les permitía solucionar el problema, sin embargo optaron a lo mas fácil, no responder mas a nuestros correos, y no sólo eso, se les solicito devolución del dinero, a lo que se opusieron, no los recomiendo,.

Съпорта е като държавна институция чакаш 1 час да се свържеш с тях на чата те те препращат и след това чакаш още един час и накрая забравяш за този ча...

т и те излизат. Ако имате някакъв проблем пригответе си няколко дни да се реши.
