Great for Agency Hosting

Setup their agency hosting (formerly called Cloud) for my clients. Been running with no downtime for over 16 months now across 23 clients. The speeds ...

are incredible and the uptime was my biggest surprise. Support has been great when I needed it, there was one time that the support agent couldn't resolve my issue and had to escalate it to someone over email. This issue was resolved a couple of hours later. Overall, the experience has been great, and the pricing beats what I was paying over at Flywheel for a similar agency hosting plan. I also have a couple of test accounts on their shared hosting product. This product has seen some great improvements over the past year and is quite impressive as well.

All in all, the products of Hosteons are outstanding in terms of performance, stability, technical support and cost-performance ratio. Съпорта е като държавна институция чакаш 1 час да се свържеш с тях на чата те те препращат и след това чакаш още един час и накрая забравяш за този ча...

т и те излизат. Ако имате някакъв проблем пригответе си няколко дни да се реши.

Not reliable hoster

First, I liked this company, their server in LA works not perfect, but suitable. I even transfered my DNS server on their hosting. After a while I ask...

ed them to changed my IP address because their LA network got to black-list in the egyptian authorities. First they agreed to change it for additional fee, but afterwards changed their mind and refused. They said "Apply to the egyptian government, it's not our problem.." Very ridiculous and shamed, we are not child.. Of course, refund has also been refused. I don't advised this hoster to anyone, they are not honest and like money very much
