Josh was above and beyond to solve my WordPress issue. My site was always getting errors and could not figure out how to fix on my own. He provided me a report that detailed all of my slow plugin areas and why Jetpack was causing my site so many problem. Josh solved my issue and provided guidance on how to manage my website, he is a great example of how to make a customer feel special. Skystra is for excellent customer service.
My two Woocommerce web shops are very important to me as I’ve been doing my best to turn my side gigs full time. Covid hasn’t helped me at all but I am still fighting. There is quite a range of pricing when it comes to Woocommerce I didn’t quite understand why at first but if your store is offline….you get no sales and no money. So I needed a new host that wasn’t too expensive and kept my stores online., Skystra certainly fit the bill. The only support I reached out for was connecting to Cloudflare since I had no idea what I was doing with that and they helped me out.
I recently lost my job due to Covid-19 and have always had a passion for cooking and healthy food. On a whim I decided to start creating cooking videos on Youtube and figured a website would be good to get recipes up. It's only a theme for now lol, but I hope to get all of my recipes online soon. I also needed email to promote myself on different forums and friends' blogs. Skystra was a really great price for getting my website and email running, I didn't know you could get both of those combined, that was a nice surprise :P. I've only sent in 1 support ticket about getting my email online, they followed up quickly and got the webmail inbox ready for me to use.
Hi! I host my personal finance blog with Skystra and also have my little sister's website hosted on my account too, she uses it for school and blogging. I used to use Wix but found it cost prohibitive to create multiple sites so I switched to WordPress and Skystra came well recommended in the forums I frequent from time to time. Generally, I've been very happy with them! I've had a few slip ups with WordPress, I even took my sister's websites down once by accident from a plugin that put the whole site into "maintenance mode" (oops!!) and their team got it back online for me. I run a part-time personal finance blog as a side business to main job, it's just a place where I talk about how I plan my finances, the site runs well and my visitors are able to comments on my articles, it's great.
I am doing hosting for my online shop selling mobile accessories and parts to students in my local area at a discount .. I didn't have much to spend on it at first and needed stabilidtiy for the store to be online when people were shopping for the pieces.. i read somewhere that SSL certificae is needed to secure shopping and skystra does it for free, very nice as I saw this being sold at other places very expensive, very nice and excelent hosting my store with them
Excellent team and service for hosting email and websites!! I have two 1 account for hosting my business website and a separate one for a personal blog for sharing recipes with my family back home. Once I had a problem sending emails and I was kind of freaking out because it was important for work, their team fixed it up for me really quick which I appreciate because it was so important that email went out on time...it was actually my fault it didn't but they fixed it ?
Hello! I am a happy Skystra customer for 2 years now. They asked if I could say a few nice words and of course I felt more than obliged. Initially I had only 1 WordPress website hosting with Skystra and after their team helped me with a few things like FTP and email accounts, I canceled my accounts at other providers and brought everything to them. Even my domain names, I very much trust them to always help me and do a good job. My websites and emails are very stable and I do not have to spend big sums of money for it, everything seems fair and I hope this review helps someone else who is considering their service. As they say : go for it!
I host a few sites with Skystra Cloud and one of them runs on Cloudflare so I was a bit curious how that'd work when migrating the site since it's an eComm site for a client who runs a shoe shop with his sister. They had to get online after Covid so I helped them out and needed a stable host as about 95% of their sales are done through the website because of lockdowns, Skystra helped out and the setup works with Cloudflare. The site goes pretty fast too
