Depuis 20 ans chez ovh, 150 sites. C'est devenu, peu à peu, infernal: interface nulle, service clients nul, mauvaise foi, injoignables, réponses complètement à côté de la plaque ... Depuis un an, je vire tout aux dates de renouvellement des domaines... c'est totalement incroyable de traiter ses clients ainsi ...
Fiable, pas encore eu besoin de l'assistance depuis 3 ans.
Je ne sais pas pour les services mutualisé, mais les services Public Cloud sont fiables. J'en utilise plusieurs (4 x B2-15, 2 x B2-7, 6 VPS 2016) depuis 5 ans et j'ai encore jamais eu besoin d'assistance.
Tout à fait d'accord, aucun service à la clientèle, suis en panne depuis plusieurs jours, j'ai sonné au tarif international et attendu 20 minutes, rien de rien... A fuir bien sûr.. ET VITE
