We used this service for multiple years with no problems until recently. We have been overcharged for usage when our line no longer worked...so there was no actual usage. It took over a month for them to cancel my account. The representative that I had been in contact with was rude and the emails were unhelpful. I would recommend a different service for any business!
We were called to switch from century link. They quoted us a price of $21 per month, a savings of 50% over what we had. However, we get the bill and by the time they add all the charges we are up to $36.75, hardly worth switching for a couple of dollars. DISAPPOINTED.
