I used to host my websites with HostGator for many years. One day all my websites were hacked and defaced by this hacker. I contacted HostGator who wanted me to pay US$ 200 per website to clean the threat or sign up for a new protection service they offered for about US$ 350 per year per website. With having at that time websites running either option was extremely costly and unreasonable. I felt like a scam to me. A friend of mine operating multiple life streaming businesses told me about AISO. I have contacted them on a Sunday night explained my problem on a voicemail. Within 10 minutes I received a callback from the manager an he took on the issue. I gave the full access to my Hostgator account. within less than 24 hrs all my websites were cleaned up an migrated to AISO servers. Price? ZERO NADA NOTHING. Then they offered me a full security system FREE of charge with my Eco Linux 2 US$ 9.95 hosting plan. I also got free SSL certificates. The customer service and their ticket system is incredible and the communication is excellent. Up time is 99.99 percent and meets industry standards. My go to tech guy at AISO is Julio. Incredibly friendly helpful and very knowledgeable. Couldn't find a better guy. Fact is that AISO doesn't offer the usual C-Panel. But that is OK. Their control panel is very easy to navigate and you have full control over your website without all that up sell crap on other hosting platforms. And if you cant figure it out, shoot Julio an email and he will gladly help you. this is an American Company with US based customer service. Customer oriented service, secure and green hosting to an affordable price with not up-selling. A company that continuously strives to improve on their already great service. In my opinion the best on the market as we speak.
